The Culaccia ® is the best part of prociutto. E 'was invented by Riccardo Rossi of Rossi Salumificio - Ca' di Parma Srl that has always exclusively produced and launched on the market, but they can not legally patent the production decided to invent this brand of fantasy "Culaccia ®" in fact, to differentiate themselves and stand out.
