The Rural Brewery was founded in 2009 from the idea of five birrofili enthusiasts who wanted to find the origins of the beer farm in an area with a strong rural.
For this reason, the brewery sees the light of a host of agricultural reality, enhancing the structure that once stored away in the annual harvest: the silos.
The structure was divided into three planes that, from the top down, reflect the sequence of the production process.
But not enough to say "Craft Beer" to ensure a higher quality product, you have to take extreme care in the choice of ingredients in the development of recipes and in full control of the production process; is also of extreme importance tight control of hygiene rules and conditions of storage. For this reason, in mid 2012 we started planning the move.
At the beginning of 2013 we began production in our new location, after more than three years of work and experience, we decided to continue our journey we move into a place that would allow us to handle the increased demand with more control.
Certainly less romantic than the last, the new home of Desio (MB) is much more functional and will allow us to offer you a more consistent product quality.
The beers we produce are top-fermented, raw (unpasteurized), unfiltered and without the addition of any preservative, a true natural product in which those flavors and aromas not perceivable today in commercial beers are enhanced.
All this with the aim of creating a handicraft production in which privileges the relationship between us and you fans that produce consumer, so that you have more security on the quality of raw materials and you can enjoy a live product.
