Atelier Pastry is an idea born from a young pastry chef who has decided to get involved by undertaking the activities for which he studied and acquired a diploma. While studying the young man has got to get experience in some bakeries rinnomate land, cultivating new interests, which allowed him to broaden his knowledge, technique and style, thus respecting the ancient traditions of the art of pastry. From the very first creations the pastry chef has achieved excellent results, which led him to believe in his dream, opening a workshop with sales area for the public and not just. In October of 2015 the dream comes true.
