- Mason Cash

Mason Cash has been the first choice for home cooks and bakers for generations. Mason Cash's origins date back to a pottery factory that operated in Church Gresley, at the heart of the English ceramic industry, in the 1800s. Church Gresley was located close to the main raw materials and fuel sources needed for pottery production, had perfect connections and routes to transport finished products throughout the UK and the world. The kitchen items were all made of white and cane-coloured ceramic, glazed terracotta, also known as "yellow material" due to the color of the local clay or 'barge material' because it was transported on barges and sent to the English market. /p>The ceramic pieces were made by a series of master potters, the most colorful of whom was 'Master' Mason, from whom the name 'Mason' was derived as early as 1800. Tom Cash acquired the factory in 1901 and gave the company a new name, now Mason Cash & Co. Mason Cash had been making mixing bowls since the 1800s, but in 1901 he designed and made the first true Mason Cash bowl which became the l the icon for which the brand is still known today. The design of the bowl has stood the test of time and has become a classic of kitchen design. The brand is constantly renewing itself, this makes its products classic, innovative for the needs of contemporary cuisine.
