Each proposal is the result of expert hands who want to bring to light the authenticity of each product, so here is its Superior “Prestige” category Extra Virgin Olive Oil The IONIO extra virgin olive oil comes from olive trees present on a particularly sunny hilly area close to the Ionian coast of Calabria. The olives are harvested unripe from the tree with manual and mechanical action, and rigorously processed in the 12 hours following harvesting, thus operating to obtain an extra virgin olive oil olive with very low acidity, with an intense flavor characteristic of the olives of the "Nocellara" cultivar also typical of our territory. The oil looks like a real pressed olive, a healthy and tasty nutracetic.
