Dedicated to the ancestor who invented the recipe at the beginning of the twentieth century, "Riccardo Giusti" was born from musts of ripe and dried grapes. Aromas of plum jam and red fruit intertwine with hints of honey and vanilla in this balsamic of great density and sweetness, perfect to season raw the most different types of preparations, from sweet to savory. Ingredients: Cooked must of late grapes withered on racks; aged wine vinegar. Aging: In barriques, with the addition of aged balsamic vinegar taken from old barrels. Characterized by a rich perfume and a good and round balsamic acidity, the "Silver Medal" represents a strongly aromatic product, capable of enhancing with its intensity the flavor of the dishes to which it is added. Giuseppe Giusti's Balsamic Vinegars have collected countless awards, from the foundation to today. Particularly representative are those obtained during the Belle-Époque, when the Righteous presented their products in national and international fairs of the time. The 14 gold medals are from that time, which even today characterize the label, designed at the beginning of the twentieth century.
