Selected anchovy fillets from the Cantabrian Sea in olive oil. Produced in semi-preserve and with a lower salt concentration than common anchovies, the consistency is meaty, high quality and suitable for refined palates. Season fish by fish in specially designed barrels so that the mixture of flavors that the anchovy releases during its maturation period is ideal. Rezumar - Gran Reserva, is an exclusive gourmet line with completely manual production and traditional methods without preservatives, 100% Cantabrian 100% artisanal. Each pack contains approximately 10 fillets.
