BIRRA BRERA - IPA - 6 BOTTLES OF 33 CL

Classic Indian Pale Ale: the hops give the characteristic fruity and herbaceous aroma. Fresh, thirst-quenching beer with a medium and light body. The bitterness is the distinctive note of the typology but in our IPA the caramelized malt softens and balances this characteristic. The American hops give the classic citrus and distinctive taste. The original IPA does not involve the use of too strong hops, while many IPAs today make the use of hops and bitterness their distinctive note. Our IPA, on the other hand, is easier to drink, more genuine to the original tradition but at the same time captivating. The success that IPAs are enjoying on the market is due to the authenticity of the ingredients, the refinement of the taste components, the unmistakable flavor; these characteristics are the philosophy of our brewery.

Malts: Pilsner, Monaco, Caramonaco
Hops: Chinook, Summit, Columbus, Mosaic, Simcoe

Yeast: High fermentationith a taste of licorice. Excellent with raw shellfish, but also with meat stews and chocolate desserts.
