Our beers are all unfiltered and unpasteurized! Beer inspired by the American Style Black Ale (Black IPA) style, handcrafted using water, barley malt, hops and yeast. With an almost impenetrable black color with some garnet reflections, it has a nice cap of compact and persistent foam. Aromas and flavors intertwine in the malted components and in the generous hopping with American varieties. Dry hopping gives the beer a fresh and intense hop character. Dry and drinkable, despite its 7.5 degrees of alcohol.
