Hand harvested and soft pressed to obtain the must that will become the Amisfield Riesling. The must is decanted, heated and inoculated with selected Alsatian yeasts. The fermentation phase is extremely slow and can last up to five months. Delicate expression of terroir. Pure, refined and aromatic, while ensuring the balance of sugar with a fresh acidity. Straw yellow, aromatic notes of orange blossom, citrus fruit, lime and green apple. The minerality is well present, on the palate it is fresh, fluid and the residual sugar is well balanced, fresh and tasty.
