Spelled is one of the oldest cereals, of medieval origin. Cultivated in Italy, after harvest the spelled is hulled and then pearled to make it more digestible. INGREDIENTS: 100% dry spelled wheat NUTRITIONAL VALUES TABLE: Average values ??per 100 g Energy 1260 kJ / 300 kcal Fats 2.1 g Of which saturates 0.4 g Carbohydrates 57 g Of which sugars 5.9 g > Fiber 11 g Protein 14 g Salt 0 g EXPIRY: 18-21 months from the date of production. ALLERGENS: Packaged in a factory that also uses celery and spelled. STORAGE: Store in a cool, dry place, away from sources of light and heat. HOW TO PREPARE: Rinse the spelled under cold water, put it in a pan with 750 ml of water for every 100 g of spelled. Cover with a lid, bring to a boil and simmer for 25-30 minutes.
