And then geranium, hawthorn, mandarin, passion fruit! In the mouth it is dry, fresh, elegant and balanced. It closes with a beautiful finish of great expressive clarity and persistence. The lime which is pleasantly noticeable on the finish makes it particularly suitable for summer aperitifs, salads, poultry or to accompany fish-based dishes, preferably shellfish.
