The grapes were harvested in the cool evening hours, a soft pressing is carried out immediately. The fermentation took place at very low temperatures with selected yeasts to preserve the typical variety of flavors, a process carried out entirely in stainless steel tanks. It is advisable to drink the Sauvignon Blanc young and fresh, the wine is still able to keep well for the next 3-5 years, perfectly preserving its organoleptic properties thanks to the 2nd generation Stelvin closure.

TASTING NOTES Straw yellow, on the nose it expresses the quintessence of sauvignon blanc thanks to an olfactory spectrum that ranges from herbaceous hints to strong exotic notes. And then geranium, hawthorn, mandarin, passion fruit! In the mouth it is dry, fresh, elegant and balanced. It closes with a beautiful finish of great expressive clarity and persistence. The lime which is pleasantly noticeable on the finish makes it particularly suitable for summer aperitifs, salads, poultry or to accompany fish-based dishes, preferably shellfish. Serve fresh SHEET IN BRIEF Color / Appearance: Pale straw yellow, bright Aroma / Scent: Tropical fruit, passion fruit, nettle, gooseberry and aromas with a grapefruit core. Herbaceous hint with persistence of lime in the aftertaste. Palate: The palate is full and vibrant. Fresh nettle, gooseberry and tropical fruit flavors abound, at the end the lime is very persistent with a clean acid lash.
