The Gran Sasso steel skewer holder with wooden base is a specific serving tray for serving skewers or kebabs. Characterized by the union between the warmth of beech wood and the elegance of food-grade stainless steel. In fact, the Gran Sasso steel skewer holder has a base in natural and unpainted beech wood, with rounded corners, square in size and a chimney in stainless steel. Thanks to this combination, the product has an elegant design that enhances the serving of skewers and kebabs. Inside the tray there is a container basket for skewers in mirror-polished stainless steel. In this version there is no lateral square steel tray like in the Plus version. To prevent fat from dripping onto the untreated wooden base, we recommend placing a disposable aluminum tray, supplied with the skewer holder. Each metal part, easily removable, can be washed by hand or in the dishwasher and thanks to its shape it can be stacked to reduce clutter. The product has an anti-cut profile. In fact, all the ends are smoothed, folded and sanded to ensure maximum safety.
