100% Italian extra virgin olive oil, slices of cryo-dried Italian White Truffle and a mix of chilli pepper extracts, among which the pleasant smoky note of Chipotle and the fruity and vegetal taste of Habanero stand out.

Excellent on hot and cold dishes: pasta, risotto, meat, fish, eggs, salads, vegetables, fresh cheeses, sushi, sashimi, fresh or smoked salmon, carpaccio and meat and fish tartare, croutons and canapés. Half a teaspoon per portion is the ideal quantity for a touch of excellence on every dish.
