Accessory kit for Brazilian Picanha is an additional component for the Lisa Etna and Etna Maxi barbecues. Accessory designed to have fun with the sword cooking technique, characteristic of cooking the typical Brazilian dish. Suitable for the preparation of picanha, the fine cut of Brazilian churrasco but also of kebab, a typical Middle Eastern dish. The accessory kit for Brazilian Picanha consists of the front bulkhead, made of Aisi 430 stainless steel, which protects the handle of the swords from excessive heat. The swords, made of food-grade AISI 304 stainless steel, have a curved profile to improve the seal and cooking of the meat. The ergonomic handle of the skewers promotes a secure grip. NOTE: we always recommend using thermal gloves to protect your hands.
