White truffle risotto is a classic of Tartuflanghe recipes, in this version enclosed in a box, 250 g of Carnaroli rice and 60 g of powdered seasoning with everything needed for a perfect risotto: cheese, butter and white truffle cryo-dried.

The recipe is complete and ideal for 4 people, ready in 15 minutes, just add water and salt during cooking.

100% Italian Carnaroli Rice + 100% Truffle Bianco Italiano

Ingredients for truffle risotto preparation: freeze-dried cheese (milk, salt, rennet), whey powder, cream powder, potato maltodextrin, salt, anhydrous butter, egg yolk powder, freeze-dried Italian White Truffle (Tuber magnatum Pico) 0.16% (equal to 0.9% of fresh truffle), natural flavourings. Gluten free.

Rice ingredients: Carnaroli rice. Origin of rice: ITALY. May contain soy.
