NANIWA TRADITIONAL STONE: The line of traditional vitrified bond sharpening stones from Sanelli Ambrogio.
IMMERSION STONE: This Sanelli Ambrogio knife sharpening stone requires immersion before use to activate the abrasive properties of the stone .
HOW TO USE: For blades with a symmetrical double edge, sharpen both sides the same number of times, forming a 10-20° angle between knife and stone. For single-edged blades, sharpen the convex side 20 times and the flat side 3 times as much.
AFTER SHARPENING: Rinse the stone to remove any surface residue and then grind the surface to make it flat. Do not wash in the dishwasher and store at temperatures of around 20°
