1- How can I register

By clicking from the home page of the site www.yeseatis.com on the "register" button (in the center of the site navigation bar at the top), you will access the registration form.
From here you can choose whether to register conveniently via Facebook (if you have a Facebook profile); with this method you just need to click on the OK button in the window that will open automatically.
(PLEASE NOTE: in this way the email address used to register on the Yeseatis site will be the one you previously used to register your Facebook profile) .
In this way you will not be asked for any password, as your identity is already verified by the association with your Facebook account.

We suggest you use this registration method on the Yeseatis site as it convenient, quick and secure.

Alternatively, you can fill in the fields relating to your data (name, surname and shipping/billing address), choosing an email address as your username and your personal password.
By expressing your consent to the processing of personal data and clicking on the confirm button, the registration will be completed.

2- How to place an order

When you find one or more products you wish to purchase, enter the product sheet(s) by clicking the "BUY" button, thus being able to consult all the in-depth information relating to the product you have selected.
A at this point you can also indicate the quantity of the desired product and add it to your cart by clicking on the BUY button, under the product price.
A message will confirm that your product has been added to your cart.
To complete the your order, simply click on "go to cart" to view the list of products you wish to purchase, the prices of the products and any shipping costs, shipping methods and type of payment will appear to select and then confirm with the "" button CONFIRM" your order which will be processed immediately by Yeseatis.

3- How can I consult my order cart

Your selected product(s) are placed in your cart which you can consult at any time by clicking on the CART button in the navigation menu at the top of the site; you can add or modify the cart at any time until you confirm your purchase.

4- What are the processing times for my order

Confirmation of receipt of your order is sent to the email address indicated with which you registered on the Yeseatis website.
Orders received and paid by 3:00 pm are prepared and entrusted to the courier by the evening on the same day, while orders received after 3.00 pm are prepared and entrusted to the courier the following day.

5- What are the payment methods

The accepted payment methods are:
1) Payment by credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD, POSTEPAY, AURA and AMERICAN EXPRESS circuits)
2) Payment via PAYPAL (if you have a PAYPAL account you can make the payment by simply entering your email address and password associated with your PAYPAL account)
3) Bank Transfer (by selecting this payment method, you will find an indication of the bank details to make the payment), remember to enter your number in the reason for payment of order.
When paying by bank transfer, we will have to wait for the normal banking times for your payment to be credited, independent of our control.

1- What are the shipping times and costs

Deliveries in Italy are made within 1-2 working days from the courier taking charge, with the exception of the islands where deliveries will take place within 2-3 working days.

2- Packages can also be sent abroad

Yes, shipments can also be made abroad and in our "Shipping" section there is more information relating to European or non-EC countries.
If you have particular requests for shipments abroad, you can also contact us by sending us a contact request in the "Contact us" area

3- What happens if the courier does not find anyone at the time of delivery

The courier carries out the first delivery without notice and within the terms indicated in the shipping times.
In case of absence of the customer, the second and third delivery attempts by the courier are the responsibility of Yeseatis.
If the first delivery is not successful, due to the customer's absence in the place indicated as the destination of the products, the courier leaves a notice with telephone numbers to contact you directly and find out when to schedule the new delivery, depending on your needs .

1- What do I do if a package arrives with incorrect or broken products

You can accept the package by indicating the "control reserve" on the delivery document, and thus activate the return methods which are contained and described in the "terms and conditions" area.
