The XFETTA truffle slicer is made of steel special Nitro-B, specifically developed to obtain high cutting performance. Thanks to the addition of nitrogen and an accurate and particular heat treatment, this special steel reaches high hardness, guaranteeing excellent sharpening and constant cutting performance over time.
It is advisable to keep the product away from humidity, carefully avoid accidental impacts and falls and always use the protective band once you have finished using it. Wash only with water and dry thoroughly, apply the protective band only when the product is perfectly dry.
