Description
A Malvasia di Candia, where in July the leaves are peeled to aerate the bunch and allow the sunlight to fill the bunches with a golden yellow color to increase density and aromas. The hand-picked grapes are spread on a dark cloth for drying, then they are crushed by breaking the grape and passed through a soft press to obtain a must. The dense part (dregs) is then separated from the good part and fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature. It is bottled in March.
