The 1896 Line, top of the Due Cigni range, takes its name from the year of foundation of the Due Cigni brand, a historic brand from Maniago, the City of Cutlery. The line was designed by the founder of FOX Coltellerie (company that owns the Due Cigni brand), Mr. Oreste Frati. Blade: German Steel 4116 - X50CrMoV15 - HRC 55/57 stainless steel.
