The PO Starter, with the unmistakable green packaging on which the Contadinella stands out, has always been prepared by selecting the best vegetables and the tastiest tuna. To give a special touch, the secret sauce typical of Galfrè, prepared as in the past based on a family recipe.

The Antipasto PO is excellent in summer for seasoning rice or pasta salads, appetizing as a single dish , delicious as a condiment (also heated in a bain-marie, just warm). A creative reinterpretation of the classic Piedmontese appetizer: delicious from the first taste!
