Description
Galfrè whole Porcini Mushrooms are scrupulously selected and hand-processed in the Barge factory, by attentive and experienced collaborators. This Ghiotto Galfrè specialty preserves and re-proposes the traditional flavor of Piedmontese preserves: the vinegar during the cooking phase gives the porcini mushrooms a unique aromatic touch, while the olive oil guarantees the optimal preservation of the whole potted mushrooms.
Delicious as an appetizer or during an aperitif, they can be used in salads or alongside cold cuts and raw meats.
