Description
The seal is an integral part of the Instant Pot's safety mechanism. These seals have been produced with the best materials given the high pressure they must withstand and have passed UL, FDA and LFGB tests for safety, including food safety. The set contains two different colored toppings so you can use color coding for different foods. One for sweet foods and one for savory foods for example.
