"JURA ENA 8 Touch Full Metropolitan Black is an advanced compact automatic coffee machine, designed to offer a complete experience that includes milk-based specialties, intuitive control and constant cup quality. The 2.8" color touch display makes use immediate and modern, while the Pre-heating system ensures that each coffee is always brewed at the ideal temperature from the first cup. The Professional Aroma Grinder ensures uniform grinding with an improvement in aroma up to 12.2%, enhancing each blend. Thanks to the P.E.P.® pulsed extraction process and the Thermoblock heating system, the extraction is optimized for espresso and long drinks. The HP1 milk system allows you to prepare cappuccino, flat white and latte macchiato with fine and creamy foam, while the Extra Shot function intensifies the flavor of milk-based specialties 10 levels, infusion temperature on 3 levels and programmable milk quantity. Compatible with the J.O.E.® app and equipped with Smart Connect, it also allows remote control. On a hygienic level, it integrates the intelligent water system (I.W.S.) with CLARIS Smart filter and automatic cleaning, rinsing and descaling programmes, with TÜV certification a wide variety of drinks in a small space.
