Cold, Sweet & Hot
Cold: Thanks to the Cold Extraction Process, the J10 prepares authentic Cold Brew specialties. The espresso extraction method uses high-pressure cold water, which is forced through the ground coffee in intermittent bursts. The result is a refreshing and natural beverage, rich in fruity aromas and free of bitter substances.

Sweet: The soft, delicate, and subtly sweetened milk foam opens up new dimensions of enjoyment. The Sweet Foam function flavors the milk foam during preparation, creating a completely new coffee experience. By selecting and dosing the syrup, you can adjust the flavor and intensity to your individual preferences.

Equipped with Aroma Control, an active grinder adjustment system, it ensures consistently excellent results. Depending on the specialty, the automatic machine recommends a "medium" or "heavy" grind setting. The resulting finer or coarser grind maximizes the aroma in the cup. The grind settings can be changed at any time. Before and after preparation, the P.A.G.2+ remains in standby mode, which positively impacts both the consistent grinding result and its longevity. This allows the J10 to deliver perfect, top-quality flavor even longer.

Maximum ease of use
Advanced technology also inspired the J10's operating philosophy. Simply swipe your finger across the touchscreen to navigate through the program options. The Coffee Eye makes it even easier to create flawless specialties.
