The new Z10, a masterpiece of Swiss engineering art, doubles the variety of coffee specialties. While with the pressure of a button prepares the entire range of hot products, from the intense espresso to the trendy flat white, with the Cold Brew specialties inaugurates a new dimension of the pleasure of coffee, allowing access to an entire parallel universe. This is made possible by the Product Recognising Grinder (P.R.G.), which recognizes the selected specialty and within a few moments it adapts exactly the finesse of grinding. This exclusive automatic machine for coffee specialties of the Premium segment is equipped with a 4.3 ”display with touchscreen technology, with a faster touch response speed and Blue Crystal Rotary Switch. The Specialty Selection menu makes use particularly simple and intuitive. The technological quantum jump is reflected in the sculptural design. The Convex-Concavo front panel is the visible test of love for details and absolute constructive precision. The excellent quality makes Z10 an authentic expression of good taste even from an aesthetic point of view. - Product Recognising Grinder (P.R.G.). This precision coffee grinds electronically sets in second fractions on the degree of grounding chosen - with much more speed and frequency than a manual approach. Thanks to the Cold Extraction Process, the Z10 prepares authentic Cold Brew specialties. While many cold drinks based on conventional coffee are prepared with warm coffee made and then left to cool, in the Z10 the extraction takes place with cold high pressure water, with a clean process and using more grossly ground powder coffee. For the Z10 Jura made the eighth generation dispenser group. With its unique 3D 3D delivery technology, it ensures the uniform sliding of the water through the coffee powder on different levels, for the maximum enhancement of the aroma. The accessory for syrup for the combined dispenser completes the Z10 and adds the enrichment of finely sweetened milk foam to the specialty range of this automatic premium machine. This accessory allows you to savor every specialty with flavors ranging from slightly aromatic sweets, both hot brew and Cold Brew.
