The Z10 allows you to prepare up to 51 programmable specialties, including hot coffees, Light Brew extractions at around 60°C and a wide range of Cold Brew preparations for cold drinks. The Sweet Foam function also allows you to flavor the milk foam, including the possibility of obtaining chocolate flavored foam, further expanding the experience in the cup. The system integrates the P.E.P.® pulsed extraction process, the Lungo function and a brewing unit with a variable capacity from 5 to 16 g, ensuring high and constant performance, allow you to adjust the coffee intensity on 10 levels, the brewing temperature, the milk and foam temperature up to 10 levels, as well as the quantity of water and milk.
