The Lisa Miami 800 F roasting channel is a double-walled aluminised iron channel, with legs with bayonet connection measuring 80 cm. A small oven that maintains the same characteristics of the MIAMI 800 in stainless steel, but with a change in the type of material. The design of the side walls and the bottom, with a double layer of perforated steel, creates a cavity that promotes air circulation and reinvigorates the embers. The double bottom collects ash during use and facilitates its elimination at the end of cooking. Anti-cut profile: all ends are smoothed, folded and sanded to ensure maximum safety. Assembling the legs is quick and easy, with the bayonet coupling system requiring no tools. Easily removable, it can be conveniently stored in small spaces when not in use.
