skewer cooker milano 100 - steel line

Description

The Milano 100 skewer cooker is the typical Abruzzo oven for skewers. The Abruzzo fornacella is the product to buy for those who want to cook sheep or liver roasts and want a more professional and resistant product than the entry level Torino series. This version of the Milano series, which is 100 cm long, is a fair compromise between cooking capacity, because thanks to its approximately 100cm length it allows you to cook around 60 kebabs at a time, and transportability, which allows you to carry the oven with you to cook kebabs at a friend's house or at an outdoor barbecue. The Abruzzo Milano 100 Arrosticini cooking channel is made of stainless steel with a mirror finish, and is characterized by an upper edge that prevents the roasting stick from burning. It has a double bottom to promote air circulation and facilitate the elimination of ash. The walls with anti-cut profile are perforated to allow greater ventilation of the air that feeds the embers. the assembly of the legs is simple and quick, with the bayonet coupling system that does not require tools. The kebab cooking channel is easily removable and can be conveniently stored in small spaces when not in use. Without legs, the kebab cooker can be used on a countertop thanks to the raised feet incorporated into the central body. The Milano series is recommended for those who want a product that is already more professional and resistant than the economic versions.
