Description
An excellent condiment, ideal for embellishing all your hot dishes with the delicate aroma of truffles. This butter contains 8% truffle, and can be stored outside the fridge until opened. The particular processing method allows us to obtain a well-blended and homogeneous preparation.
Suitable for seasoning pasta, risotto, meat fillets, eggs and potatoes. Also excellent as a spread. We recommend 1 teaspoon per portion, to be diluted with normal butter.
Ingredients and allergens: BUTTER 91%, Italian summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 8%, salt, natural flavourings. GLUTEN FREE
