Powdered seasoning with authentic cryo-dried Italian White Truffle (Tuber magnatum Pico). Unique seasoning, very versatile product, to be used as a finishing touch, like a spice, directly on dishes. Excellent on pasta, risotto, meat and fish, soups, vegetables, eggs. Excellent on chips and popcorn.
Without glutamate, preservatives or colourings.
