A unique product in which acacia honey with slices of cryo-dried Italian White Truffle combine with a mix of chilli pepper extracts characterized by the smoky and bitter note of Cayenne.
Excellent accompaniment for cheeses (mature and blue), an ideal condiment for creating vinaigrettes. Perfect for glazing or marinating pork, duck and chicken. Also worth trying in cocktails.
Ingredients: acacia honey 98%, chili pepper extracts (Cayenne, Capsicum) 1%, freeze-dried Italian white truffle (Tuber magnatum Pico) 0.05% (equal to 0 .3% fresh truffle), natural flavour. Gluten-free.
