Ingredients for truffle risotto preparation: freeze-dried cheese (milk, salt, rennet), whey powder, cream powder, potato maltodextrin, salt, anhydrous butter, egg yolk powder, freeze-dried Italian White Truffle (Tuber magnatum Pico) 0.16% (equal to 0.9% of fresh truffle), natural flavourings. Gluten free.
