William Bounds Salt & Pepper shakers are equipped with a multi-stage grinder made of steel and ceramic and characterized by a special technique that crushes the seeds and does not mince them. Freewheels both clockwise and anticlockwise. The selection ring allows you to adjust the grind to "fine", "medium" or "coarse", for each selection a constant granularity is guaranteed. William Bounds burrs are also available with 5-step and stepless adjustment.
