It is a special cap that sucks the air from the bottles and seals them in such a way as to allow PERFECT PRESERVATION of the wine in the bottle for many days

By activating the pump manually by simply pressing the cork inserted into the bottle with your hand, a vacuum is created in the bottle, thus eliminating the air present and preventing the residual wine from the bottle from oxidising, perfectly maintaining its organoleptic characteristics.
