LOS PALMARITOS: “Hispaniola” cocoa, selected from some of the most exclusive plantations in the province of Duarte, fully enhancing a top-level genetic heritage.
TASTE: extra dark chocolate (minimum 75% cocoa), very delicate chocolate , with a slightly acidic character, with a hint of vanilla, the scent of cocoa and chocolate emerges. Melting, with a particular persistence in the mouth, just a little astringent with final shades of fresh fruit.
