Our history A few years ago, my brother and I , we bought 3 hives to pollinate the fruit trees on the farm and also to finally put into practice years of study of this fascinating subject : beekeeping. The comments of friends and relatives, the first discoverers of our honey , were encouraging enthusiasm for the whole days dedicated to this passion . Over the years , this small group was somewhat enlarged , and those who taste our products are having the same joyful acceptance of who rediscovers a pure flavor . Our secret has been and remains one: " Do not change what nature has already resulted in a perfect way ." Even today, with more than 200 hives , are proud to continue the same way aware of the difficulties of those who has made quality their vocation. Honey element extremely valuable and nutritious , it was already in the past, one of the earliest human diet and also before the onset of sugar cane, was the only sweetener in nature. The various substances that make it up which include minerals, vitamins , enzymes , sugars "complex" and "simple" ( directly assimilated by the body) , making it one of the most wholesome and healthy foods to our daily diet. After the bees have stored in the hive, is extracted in a centrifuge , and after settling in ripening , is put into jars . With the lowering of the temperature , depending on the different botanical origin , begins to intorbidirsi and tends to crystallize . Even today we adopt this natural process , such as a duty to the genuineness of a living food , respecting a proper condition and professional families throughout the year. In fact , speaking of Integral Virgin Honey , we emphasize that this product retains its natural nutritional properties , they have not undergone any treatment to modify them. To get honey of different botanical origin , the hives are taken during the year on their blooms. This operation is called " nomadism " and as for other agricultural activities , weather conditions play a crucial role .
