The history The Birrificio Rurale was born in 2009 from the idea of ??five passionate beer lovers who wanted to rediscover the agricultural origins of beer in an area with a strong rural vocation. ​For this reason the Brewery sees the light host of an agricultural reality, enhancing the structure that once stored the annual harvest: the silos. The structure has been divided into three floors which, from top to bottom, reflect the sequence of the production process. However, it is not enough to say "Craft Beer" to guarantee a superior quality product, extreme care must be taken in the choice of ingredients, in the development of the recipes and in full control of the production process; furthermore, strict control of hygiene standards and storage conditions is extremely important. For this reason, in mid-2012 we began planning the move. At the beginning of 2013 we started production in our new headquarters, after more than three years of work and experience, we decided to continue on our path moving to a place that would allow us to manage the increased demand with greater control. Certainly less romantic than the previous one, the new headquarters in Desio (MB) is much more functional and will allow us to be able to offer you an increasingly constant and of quality. The beers we produce are top-fermented, raw (unpasteurized), unfiltered and without the addition of any preservatives, a true natural product in which those flavors and aromas not perceivable today in commercial beers are exalted. All this with the aim of creating an artisanal production in which the relationship between us who produce and you passionate consumers is privileged, so that you have greater security in the quality of the raw materials and can enjoy a living product.
