Ideal for the HORECA channel, the latest slicer from the Berkel family is characterized by a 250 mm blade accompanied by soft lines, the absence of sharp edges and high-performance materials typical of the Berkel professional line.
Product holder inclined at 38° for favor the pressing of the product and the falling of the slice. Continuous profile blade guard that guarantees uniform slice thicknesses. Minimum last slice thickness to minimize waste product. Blade opening knob with 14 millimetric positions for perfect adjustment. Removable sharpener already supplied. Liquid collection tray integrated into the case for impeccable hygiene and cleaning. Case made in a single casting with consequent absence of gaps. Total closure of the sail for maximum safety during cleaning operations. Cable supplied with EU plug.
