Clear, top fermented, low alcohol content, Belgian inspired
Wit - Blanche style beer, handcrafted using water, barley malt, non-malted soft wheat from organic farming, oat flakes, hops and yeast. Alc.5% vol. (12°Plato)
The light spiciness with coriander, sweet and bitter orange peel makes it excellent as a fresh and thirst-quenching aperitif. It goes well with fresh cured meats and cheeses, fish-based dishes, desserts or fruit.
The low alcohol content means that Seta can be a faithful companion for long days of celebration. It is recommended to consume it at 8°C and store it at fresh.
