Parmigiano Reggiano DOP delle Vacche Rosse is the cheese obtained from the milk of Razza Reggiana cattle, famous and appreciated throughout the world, it can only be branded with this name after a minimum of 24 months of maturation. With a sweet, delicate and persistent flavour, it is ideal for the elderly and adolescents due to its high calcium content and is suitable for athletes thanks to its excellent levels of proteins, lipids, mineral salts, vitamins and much more. Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia DOP has very ancient origins and is produced with techniques that are handed down from generation to generation, using exclusively the must of grapes from the province of Reggio Emilia. The bottles are decorated with three distinctive stamps of equally high quality: Lobster for the vinegar aged for 12 years, Silver for the most refined product, Gold for the extra aged for over 25 years, characterized by unique and harmoniously complex properties.
Approved by the Consortium for the Protection of Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia and by the Consortium for the Protection of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.
