INGREDIENTS: Black cherry, sugar, water and alcohol of agricultural origin (fermentation of agricultural origin - food quality). DOES NOT CONTAIN ALLERGENS. FEATURES: Volume 70cl. Alcohol content 20% Vol. Brix degree 38<°B<42. Being a natural product, it can create deposits. Contains black cherries with stone. TASTING NOTES: Intense aroma and flavor of black cherries. Ruby color and brilliant appearance. Round and soft flavor STORAGE: It has no expiry date. Store in a cool, dry place, promoting air circulation and away from light. CONSUMPTION SUGGESTIONS: Serve as an aperitif or digestive. To make the most of all the elegance of the liqueur, consume preferably between 14 and 15°. In hot seasons it is recommended to serve cool. It can be used in cocktails and gastronomy. PRODUCTION METHOD: Liqueur produced following an 18th century convent recipe, in an artisanal way and free from colorings and flavourings. After being harvested (manually), the black cherries are selected and placed in an alcoholic infusion in stainless steel tanks, where they remain in infusion for a long period of time (approximately one year).
