INGREDIENTS: Black cherry, sugar, water and alcohol of agricultural origin (fermentation of agricultural origin - food quality). THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT CONTAIN ALLERGENS. FEATURES:Volume:50cl. Alcohol content 20% Vol. Brix degree 38<°B<42 Being a natural product, it can create deposits. Contains black cherries with stones. STORAGE: It has no expiry date. Store in a cool, dry place, promoting air circulation and away from light. TASTING NOTES Aged in oak barriques, it is very fruity and elegant, denoting great complexity given to it by the notes of vanilla and spices coming from the place where the wood of the barriques grew. CONSUMPTION SUGGESTIONS Serve after a meal or as an accompaniment to dessert. Perfect for a relaxing moment with friends. PRODUCTION METHOD: Liqueur produced following an 18th century convent recipe, in an artisanal way and free from colorings and flavourings. After being harvested (manually), the black cherries are selected and placed in an alcoholic infusion in stainless steel tanks, where they remain in infusion for a long period of time (approximately one year). It is subsequently refined in barrique.
