Amabile Condiment based on Apple Cider Vinegar and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI 250 ml - DELICATE AND FRUITY - This delicate condiment is obtained by mixing fresh apple juice with naturally acetified apple cider and a portion of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI. The blend thus obtained is then refined in French oak barriques. The result is an apple cider vinegar characterized by a light acidity and a pleasant bouquet of fruity and vanilla notes. - Ingredients: 80% apple cider vinegar (apple cider), concentrated apple juice, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI. - Aging: In French oak barriques. - Pairings: cooked and raw vegetables, salads, fish and white meats.
