Description
Cannellini beans are legumes with an almost cylindrical shape and white colour. They are highly appreciated as meat substitutes thanks to the high nutritional value given by the presence of proteins, mineral salts and vitamins. Like all legumes, they are gluten-free.

HOW TO PREPARE:
Leave to soak for 12 hours, changing the water at least once . Cook in plenty of salted water for 45 minutes after boiling and drain. Ideal for tasty first courses, soups, cream soups but also as a side dish to second courses.
