The roots of our pasta factory date back to the 19th century, near the Bitto stream in Morbegno. From there he extracted the water necessary for the operation of the machinery. With our pasta factory, we deal with the production of typical local products, with the aim of keeping the Valtellina culinary heritage alive. We roll the dough with the mill, the only industrial way to preserve the characteristics of buckwheat.
