An extremely robust seal with silicon carbide particles. These form a rough surface that is as hard as stone and even allows the use of metal kitchen utensils! Adamant classic has an excellent non-stick effect and excellent thermal conductivity. So you can fry gently and also crispy. The robust pan is characterized by its timeless design. Equipped with the cookstar universal base, it is suitable for any type of hob including induction. The comfortable comfort handle allows for easy handling of the adamant classic, for example when rotating. Thanks to the practical plug-in function on the handle, the high-quality glass lid or the clippix splash guard can be stored in a space-saving manner. The Adamant Comfort is also part of the robust Adamant pan series. In the Adamant Comfort it is possible to prepare multiple portions quickly and easily, thanks to the high edge and the extra large frying surface. The safety handle with plug-in function for the glass lid and splash guard also prevents the hand from slipping. Thanks to the practical graduated scale it is possible to comfortably dose liquids. With a diameter of 24cm, this model is ideal for one or two people. The adamant classic is also available in sizes 20cm for one person and 28cm for three or four people. The perfect addition to the Adamant Classic and Adamant Comfort is the Clippix splash guard made of stainless steel, which can be inserted into the handle and ensures that hot fat or water does not spread uncontrollably.
