"Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI - 4 Gold Medals ""Quarto Centenario"" Cubica in 250 ml case - INTENSE AND FULL-BODY - Born to celebrate 400 years of activity of the Giusti family, the "Quarto Centenario" is a extremely full-bodied condiment, rich in aromas and scents of ripe fruit accompanied by notes of tobacco, toasted coffee and hints of wood that derive from long aging. - Ingredients: Cooked grape must, aged wine vinegar. - Aging: In ancient batteries small bottles dating back to 1800-1900. Collection of a limited quantity only once a year. - Pairings: capresi, sauces and gravies, mature hard cheeses, fruit salad and desserts. HISTORICAL COLLECTION - The most iconic and representative collection of Acetaia Giusti. It was born from the first historic Giusti label, designed in the early 1900s, reporting the recognitions obtained up to that time in the style of the time.
