Among others, there are notes of plums, black cherries and a sweet spiciness infused by the ancient woods in which it has stayed, which persists for a long time after tasting. - Ingredients: Cooked grape must, aged wine vinegar. - Aging: In batteries of ancient barrels dating back to 1700-1800. Withdrawal of a limited quantity only once a year - Pairings: fresh pasta, risotto, cut of meat, aged cheeses and ice cream. HISTORICAL COLLECTION - The most iconic and representative collection of Acetaia Giusti. It was born from the first historic Giusti label, designed in the early 1900s, bringing back the awards obtained up to that time with the style of the time. The bottle originally used was the one most easily found in the Modena area, namely that of Lambrusco: the ""Champagnotta"". It is made up of five products of different recipes and aging, created over the years by the various generations of the family, now classified with a progressive number of medals, selected from those obtained in the Universal Expositions of the late nineteenth century.
